The rules
1. Post these rules in your journal.
2. Each tagged person should post 8 facts of themselves.
3. Tagged people should write a journal/blog about these facts.
4. In the end, tag and name 8 people.
5. Go to their dA pages and comment saying that they are tagged!
the facts:
1. I used to own a Sega Saturn when I was a kid, and a lot of my drawing-style is influenced by the games I played on it back then.
2. I own two ferrets. Everybody who love kittens, but would prefer that they stay kittens forever should seriously consider ferrets.
3. My favourite colour is green, which is not at all obvious by looking at my gallery, my clothing or choice of interior design. But it is.
4. I cant seem to cope with living away from nature. I need trees. This might be connected with fact # 3.
5. I usually listen three or four bands when I colour these days: Rammstein, In Extremo, Schelmish, and Gogol Bordello. They can keep me going for hours.
6. Im a great dancer.
7. I have really pretty eyes. Nope, skratch that. Beautiful!
8. I usually always smile. Theres a reason for this, though: Few people are so lucky as I am, to have such a wonderful husband, such great (self-adopted) family and such great friends.
And I'm not gonna tag anyone.
In other news, I decided to join
The pillowfight.
If youre new to the concept, let me just quickly run through the basis.
The game goes like this:
1. At the end of each round, there'll be three contestants to choose from. We'll probably expand on that, so you'll be able to get a better idea of who'll be the challenger.
2. You can cheer on the challenger or the champion. We DO listen to your comments, and if there is a general idea that a given character ought to win, then we'll need a damned good excuse to make it otherwise!
3.You can suggest how the person you want to win will win. We've sketched up some rules, but seriously, almost anything goes.
Remember, that the more you guys decides, the more of a challenge it'll be for us, and the more we'll learn from it.

Free sketches!
In other news, inspired by my lovely, selfadopted kid-bro
The first 10 people who comment on this journal will get a sketch, free.
In your comment, give me a reference-pic or a description of what you want. It's easier if I don't have to work just on "free creativity", because as every artist knows, whenever you're told to do whatever you want, you can't think of a damn thing to do.

Also, be patient. I'm a lazy ass.

Extinction is more than the end of something with a long run in the past. Extinction is murdering everything that would have evolved from that species in the future.

Sour old bat, not so sour, akshually!
Well, I learn by watching other peoples stuff.
I've decided to make my own, which'll be up soon, I hope.
But other than that, I'm completely auto-didact when it comes to drawing.
Getting on pages like DA really helps, though. It gives you the motivation to keep on getting better, even if you never plan to do anything professional about it.
I see you write. I liked the "Once upon a Galaxy" poem, but I think you might want to redo it, and make it into several poems. Although it's pretty impressive to capture everything in one poem, I think it would work really well as a series of poems, with that common title.
When you can write 8 verses (is it called that in English?) from Everything, imagine what you could create from something smaller.
But interesting work. Don't let your fear control you.

And thanks for the feedback! That's a good idea! Really, I thought no one would read those, so I didn't consider it too much XD I like to draw as well, but I can't color or photoshop, and I lack a scanner, so you can see how that works out O.o
I agree about DA, everyone's work is so beautiful! It's easy to get the urge to create on here. I love how it accepts all art types, as well.
Anywho, keep up the great work! It's beautiful, as mentioned earlier
